The University of Michigan Museum of Art (UMMA): Spring Temporary Exhibition Sampler
Explore a new array of temporary exhibitions at the University of Michigan Museum of Art. Upcoming themes include memory, trauma, and healing in "Angkor Complex," a compilation of art about Cambodia. The Irving Stenn, Jr. gallery will house bejewelled costumes created out of reclaimed materials. Artist Machine Dazzle will stretch the possibilities of what art can be and what we can imagine. The tour will begin in the UMMA lobby next to the Shop. Tour route and restrooms are both accessible by elevator. The tour will be guided by an experienced volunteer docent, who will select stops throughout the museum and facilitate group discussion. Driving and parking information will be emailed to class registrants a few days before the tour.
