Strength Training: Weights    NEW!

In this class, students will execute weight and strength training moves with correct form, resulting in reduced body fat, increased lean muscle, improved muscle sculpting, and more efficient calorie burning.

    Each class begins with a full-body warm-up, followed by a series of strength training exercises executed with dumbbells, kettle bells, and resistance bands. Students will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The workout can be modified for any fitness level. This class is offered live in the Fitness Center and via Zoom.

    Class will not meet 11/23.
