- No refunds are issued for student cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class start date. Student-initiated refunds for live classes require cancellation, by phone or in person, at least 7 days before the start date and will incur a $15 withdrawal fee.
- A $10 fee will be charged for transfers to another course (if available) in the same term.
- A 100% refund is issued if the college cancels a class.
Online class refunds vary—refer to the individual class listing.
Credit card refunds are returned to the original card. If the card is unavailable, a check will be issued. No cash refunds. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
