Weight Loss 101: Simple Steps to Healthy Weight Loss   NEW!

Have you tried making New Year’s Resolutions in the past but found they didn’t last? Start this year off with the support you need to lose weight, eat healthier, and feel confident in your food choices.

Ditch the fad diets and crazy elimination diets for good with this 4-week series. Learn to control your food intake through self monitoring, mindful eating, and realistic goal setting for your weight loss journey.

We will cover the basics of nutrition, how to make healthy food choices, control your portions, and interpret a food label. We will also discuss how to shop and cook using healthy techniques, how to eat well away from home, and how to cope with emotional eating, social gatherings, and other challenges.

Your future is in your hands and with a few lifestyle modifications, you can decrease your risk of developing certain diseases. You will gain the skills to modify your eating habits and behaviors. Each participant will receive a Real Solutions Weight Loss Workbook.
