Earning this credential from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) verifies that you can safely and effectively teach group fitness classes. This course includes a voucherfor prepaid access to sit for the certifying AFAA GFI Exam upon completion of the course and eligibility.

In this course students will learn the basic fundamentals of rock climbing. This will include skills such as how to safely attach yourself to the rope, how to properly belay your climbing partner, as well as how to safely bring them back to the earth. Students will also learn basic anchor building fundamentals, movement techniques, and other skills applicable to outdoor climbing. Ages 18+.

In this three day camp, students will learn the basics of rock climbing. This will include learning how to tie in to the rope, how to check your belayer for safety, and basic movement fundamentals. Students will climb each day, working to better their general fitness and gain comfort with heights. Class is for students ranging from 5th-8th grades.

International Juggling Association gold and silver medalist Josiah Jones (a.k.a. The Jackal of Juggling) will teach a workshop focused on three-ball juggling basics for beginners, with bonus tips for intermediate jugglers who want to level up. Each student gets their own set of three juggling balls to keep, so the fun doesn’t stop when the workshop ends!
