    Earn your class A Commercial Driver's License in six weeks at GBC.

    This course is designed to help students obtain their Class A Commercial Driver's License. A combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and video presentations will be used in the classroom. Topics include state and federal regulations, and pre-trip safety check. Hands-on operation of the tractor trailer includes skills practice, highway and city driving.

    Students are required to have their CDL Class A permit, drug screen, DOT physical, and driving record submitted before being enrolled in a class. For complete information, call the Great Basin College Continuing Education office at 775-327-5300.
