Students must register using their legal first/last name to receive a DSHS Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the course.

Students must provide a valid photo ID card on the first day of class.

DSHS requires 54 hours of training to receive the AFH Administrator Training Certificate. Students must attend all class sessions.
AFH Admin Online Classes
- A Desktop or Laptop is required for online learning. Cellphones & Tablets are not allowed as students will be unable to complete required assignments and access Canvas properly.
- They are held using Zoom & Canvas. Canvas is Highline College's student learning platform. Students will be required before the 1st day of class to set up their Highline Canvas account. Instructions to set up your Canvas account will be emailed 7-10 days before class begins. The activation letter will be sent to the email address you included in your registration.
- Zoom & Canvas access are required to complete the course.
