DSHS-Approved Dementia Care Training
This course provides an overview of dementia and strategies for effective care, following Washington State DSHS guidelines. A Certificate of Completion is awarded with a score of 80% or higher and may count toward DSHS CE hours (must be used within the same calendar year).
DSHS Requirements:
- Register with your legal name
- Show photo ID at class start
- Use Zoom on a desktop or laptop (phones/tablets not allowed)
- Keep video/audio on and visible during class
- Zoom link sent 5–7 days prior
