DSHS-Approved Dementia Care Training

This course provides an overview of dementia and strategies for effective care, following Washington State DSHS guidelines. A Certificate of Completion is awarded with a score of 80% or higher and may count toward DSHS CE hours (must be used within the same calendar year).

DSHS Requirements:

• Register with your legal name
• Show photo ID at class start
• Use Zoom on a desktop or laptop (phones/tablets not allowed)
• Keep video/audio on and visible during class
• Zoom link sent 5–7 days prior

DSHS-Approved Diabetes Care Training

Diabetes is a growing health concern in the U.S. and adds complexity to caregiving in long-term care. This DSHS-approved course addresses key challenges including: insulin management, nutrition, exercise, and skincare. A Certificate of Completion is awarded with a score of 80% or higher. May be applied toward DSHS CE hours (must be used within the same calendar year).

This course offers a DSHS-approved overview of mental health and teaches effective care strategies for diverse settings. Aligned with Washington State DSHS guidelines, the course awards a Certificate of Completion with a score of 80% or higher. Eligible for DSHS CE hours within the same calendar year.
