Experience a Sound Bath like no other!
Imagine yourself gently drifting through the water, as you float a top twin air mattresses. Allowing your stress and worries be carried away as the sound waves penetrate through the water and your body. Immersing all of your senses in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes and the drum. Set sail on this maiden voyage as you embark on a meditative aquatic journey, and reconnect with your inner peace while enveloped in a magical soundscape.

Strengthen and tone muscles using resistance bands, hand weights, paper plates, body weight exercises. Increase physical strength, improve core strength and balance and decrease body fat. You'll need hand weights, an exercise mat, resistance bands, paper plates and water.
