In this class we will learn what is known as Hand Yoga, or mudras, a series of hand and finger postures and positions that have been utilized for thousands of years for health in every area. Because of the strong connection between our brains and our hands, mudras are a powerful healing modality. We will learn mudras for stress, anxiety, pain, weight loss, self-healing, memory improvement, heart health vigor, joy and even improved intimacy. Even if you have taken a mudra course with Erick before, there is much more to explore here. For this course we will use, audio, short videos, and reference materials.

Get moving with some low impact cardio, then work on upper and lower body strength exercises using light hand weights, soup cans, or other items from your pantry.
