Always wanted to compost, but didn’t know where to start? Here’s your chance! Kristin Rosario, Education Director of the San Antonio Composting Project, is here to walk you through all composting methods so you find the right fit for your home, school, or office. Learn tricks to speed up the composting process, creating soil amendments that can be added to your yard and potted plants. Your food waste can be turned into gold in your garden!
A cash materials fee of $20 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. Supplies include, print out of slides with room for notetaking, a care pamphlet for composting worms, and a mini composting worm colony to get your compost journey started.
