This workshop-style class explains key concepts about organizational dynamics, power, and imbalances of power, within their legal and policy framework. This class helps identify levers of power, both formal and informal, that may be available. Concepts are presented and discussed in an interactive lecture style, with extensive use of PowerPoint slides and video clips, often from popular culture. In-class demonstrations, role plays, and small group breakout sessions put these concepts into action.
