Recruiting and selecting the best employees for your organization is one of the most important things you will do as an HR Generalist. Topics for this course include creating a job description, strategies for finding candidates, interviewing and selection techniques for determining the best candidate for the job, and keeping the hiring process fair and legal. This class is offered in partnership with Green River College.

    Required: Ability to use Zoom (free video conferencing software) on a PC, tablet, or phone. If you are new to Zoom, please visit our Learning Online page for instructions and helpful links. As a reminder, online courses require an internet connection and the ability to interact both through audio and video using either a web camera and microphone, speakers and a headset, or via a mobile phone connection.
