Ayurveda: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Health   

Ayurveda is the ancient wisdom of the Sages of India that teaches us how to achieve vibrant health and longevity. It can be used to support western medicine in healing. Small changes in diet and lifestyle, beyond what we know in the Western world, can have big impact on health. Ayurveda is based on each of our unique genetic makeup which makes some things healthier for different people. For example, what's good for my husband is not good for me. Come and understand your personal constitution that you were born with, how we become out of balance and how to restore our own personal balance. Personalized diet, lifestyle and sensory therapies including the use of sound, color and aromas will be introduced.
