Class Confirmations:
You will receive an email confirmation once you have registered. If you do not find it in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and/or promotions folders. 

How do I get my Zoom link? 
Zoom links are sent to all students via email. You will receive the Zoom links with your emailed course confirmation. We will also send the links the morning of your course start date. 

I can't find my Zoom link! 
If you can't find your Zoom link, please contact us at olli@sierracollege.edu. 

On-ground Classes: 
    - Do not come to class if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. 

Cancellations and Refund Policy:
If we are forced to cancel a class due to instructor cancellation, technical difficulties, or low enrollment, you will be notified by either email or phone using your supplied contact information. The membership fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a term registration 3 days prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund on the term fee. If you cancel within 3 days prior to the term start date a refund will be given, less a $10 processing fee.

Field Trip Cancellations and Refund Policy: 
If we have to cancel a field trip you will receive a full refund. If you cancel a field trip it must be canceled at least 2 weeks prior to the field trip to receive a refund.
