Class Confirmations
You will receive an email confirmation once you have registered. If you do not find it in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and/or promotions folders. 

Parking Permits 
Parking permits are required on the main Sierra College campuses (Rocklin and Nevada County). A free parking permit will be mailed to registered members and instructors of in-person classes happening at either campus. If you registered late and haven’t received a parking permit, daily parking permits are available to purchase from the dispensers in the parking lots for $3 per day. *Roseville Center has free street and garage parking (so classes here do not require a parking permit).

How do I get my Zoom link? 
Zoom links are sent to all students via email. You will receive the Zoom links with your emailed course confirmation. We will also send the links the morning of your course start date. 

I can't find my Zoom link! 
If you can't find your Zoom link, please contact us at olli@sierracollege.edu. 

Online-Zoom Class Recordings 
If your Online OLLI Zoom class is scheduled to be recorded, this recording icon and/or message will appear after the Zoom link/class information, on your emailed course confirmation (in addition to on this website, at the bottom of each course description): 

 *This class is being recorded. 

Zoom class recording links will be automatically emailed to all students registered in each course once available. Please wait at least 24 hours, after a class has ended, before requesting the class recording link be emailed to you. 

On-Ground Classes
Do not come to class if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
If we are forced to cancel a class due to instructor cancellation, technical difficulties, or low enrollment, you will be notified by either email or phone using your supplied contact information and given a full refund of the course fee. The membership fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a course registration 3 business days prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund on the course fee. If you cancel within 3 business days prior to the course start date a refund will be given, less a $10 processing fee.

Field Trip Cancellations and Refund Policy
If we have to cancel a field trip you will receive a full refund. If you cancel a field trip it must be canceled at least 2 weeks prior to the field trip to receive a refund.

Non-members are invited to join us for a class session of your choice to experience the OLLI program. Pick a class that interests you and call the OLLI office at (916)781-6290 to reserve you guest pass and check space availability.
