The new biography of FLOTUS Lady Bird Johnson has made quite a splash! The title Lady Bird Johnson: Hiding in Plain Sight hints at how much new information about this indomitable woman has come to light after the release of her own journals and recordings. She played a much larger role in LBJ’s political career and presidency than most Americans ever realized. We will study the book together over several weeks, discussing the book and this powerful woman when we get together before, during, and after reading the book.
