Yoga Nidra   

Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation of the body while the mind remains awake and aware.  It is helpful in stress reduction, health improvement and visualization.  In this class, the instructor will guide you through this meditation and teach you how to access it yourself. The only physical requirement is that participants must be able to get down to and up from the floor and be able to rest quietly for about 45 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and a pillow for your head. (Term 1 Class)
