Unwind - A Gentle Yoga Class   

Join us for this gentle yoga and meditation class, in which we will explore several different modalities to reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength, and quiet the mind.

Janet Rankin is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 40 years and teaching for over 15 years.
