Nearly half of American adults suffer from cardiovascular and chronic diseases. While many commercial diets promise quick weight loss, research shows they succeed only 5% of the time, often leading to weight gain. The solution? Consistent good nutrition. In this course, you'll learn to align your daily nutrition with the principles of Mediterranean, MIND, DASH, and plant-based diets for a healthier life. Prior to class, students are encouraged to complete the anonymous EatSHARP personal nutrition assessment at https://eatsharp.org/. Individuals can stay anonymous.
