Looking for a low-impact class that will improve balance, strength, and flexibility? This class focuses on training and developing your muscles to make it easier and safer to stay active. Class will include 10 minutes of weight training, 20 minutes of light cardio, and 20 minutes of core exercises and stretching, a perfect mixture to keep you in prime form. Fitness Level 1 2 3
Class Notes: This low-impact, full-body fitness class combines the elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga with targeted strength training and light cardio to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall muscular endurance. Designed for all levels with a focus on muscle development and alignment for safer, more fluid movement. This class is perfect for maintaining an active lifestyle. Required equipment includes a Pilates ball, exercise band, dumbbells, a chair and your enthusiasm!
Class Note: Zoom link will be provided two days before class. Exercise equipment is not necessary for the first class.
