Fitness Form

For community members who are interested in taking ACT 2 fitness classes.

One ACT 2 fitness form is required to cover each academic year. If you have filled out your fitness form after July 1st, thank you! Please log in to see the "Add to Cart" buttons during open registration.

If you are new or haven't taken a fitness class yet in the 2025-2026 academic year (September 2025 - August 2026), please add this "Fitness Form" course to your cart.

We encourage new students to create an account first. Once you have an active account, add the "Fitness Form" course to your cart, click the "Back to Page" link and the "Add to Cart" button will be visible. The form will appear as part of the check out process.

Pickleball Fitness for Life

Your friends, the news, your co-workers, celebrities, everyone is talking about the fastest growing sport, pickleball! Now, I hope you are ready to join the fun. Pickleball is a sport created for all ages and skill levels. It combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong into a fun court game that is easy for beginners to learn and challenging enough for competitive play. This class will cover rules, skills, drills & strategies of this popular sport with an emphasis on proper warmup and safety procedures to keep it being a life long activity.

We all want to remain living in our house for as long as possible & stay active by moving our body! Improve your strength, balance and fitness with exercises specifically designed to help maintain and improve your balance and mobility, reduce your risk of falls, and improve your quality of life. Enjoy a light cardio, total body fit workout with light weights while listening to fun music! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Fitness Level 1 2

Yoga

Increase your body awareness, muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Reduce stress, regain range of motion, and manage pain in your muscles, bones and joints through proper breathing and a complete workout that supports physical wellbeing and mental clarity. Class includes some floor work.

This course promotes individual fitness and total mind-body health. Strength and stretching movements, flexibility and breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques are presented. Fitness Level: 2 3 4

Grab a chair and enjoy a unique yoga experience. Use chairs and standing modifications of yoga, focusing on safety, and combine balance and flexibility poses with stretching, breathing exercises, seated meditation and relaxation. This class is appropriate for those with joint pain, joint replacement or back pain, or those finishing rehabilitation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Fitness Level 1 2
