This class is for those interested in receiving their Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED certification.

 The Heartsaver® course is designed to train participants to recognize and respond to first aid emergencies, how to call for help, and how to perform basic first aid and lifesaving skills.

This is a skills training course. Prior to this session, students must complete the Heartsaver® First AID CPR online portion for an additional fee of $19.50.

Based on the Sun Salutation, Vinyasa Yoga is known for its dynamic, meditative and creative sequences. This flowing style combines rhythmic breathing with conscious movement, increasing strength and flexibility while uniting body, breath and mind. Experience being totally present in the midst of movement and enjoy the flow of being alive. Instructor: Vinni Wingell, Himalayan Institute trained Yoga instructor.

Hatha Yoga may be the answer if the tension and stress of everyday life are getting you down, if you are unable to let go and relax, or if you feel the need to get your body back into shape but dislike strenuous exercise. The slow, gentle stretching is designed to release muscular and mental tension, to tone and firm the entire body, and to open energy channels clogged with tension buildup. Wear unrestrictive, comfortable clothing and bring a mat to each class. Register early – this class fills quickly.

This class will be online through Zoom. 

Learn everything you need to know about indoor cycling while improving your cardiovascular health. This course will include high intensity interval training on the bike, while explaining the ins and outs of indoor cycling, outlining proper bike fit, body position, technique, cadence, power, and drills. Modifications can be made for different fitness levels. This class is held at Hustle Fitness, 3212 Watson Boulevard, Endwell. 

Learn the steps to the popular line dances you see at weddings, on cruises and at clubs. We’ll learn the original Electric Slide, ChaCha Slide, Cupid Shuffle and the Wobble. If you’re already a pro, join us for a few hours of fun and dancing!

Have confidence when you step out on the dance floor on your cruise, at a wedding, or other gathering. Join Francine Stein as she helps you polish your dancing skills and practice with your partners. Learn the most popular dance: East Coast Swing. Enrollment is required in teams of two. Price is per person. Register early, class size is limited.

The Rhumba is Cuban in origin and is often referred to as the “dance of love.” Sultry and romantic, the music is a mixture of African and Latin rhythms. An exciting, syncopated Latin dance, the Cha Cha was made famous by many Latino bands such as Xavier Cugat and Perez Prado. Also Cuban in origin, the Cha Cha rhythm is found in much of today’s popular music. It is a derivation of the Mambo, through its Latin music, and it is also the stepchild of the Swing. Registration is required in teams of two. Price is per person.
