The Exchange is a regional leadership program that brings together emerging and established leaders from across the Tennessee Valley to expand regional awareness, strengthen relationships, and foster collaboration. Through interactive sessions, regional site visits, and peer learning, participants will connect across counties, industries, and professions while exploring shared opportunities and developing a broader understanding of our region's strengths and potential.
