These skills will include menu planning, proper measuring of wet and dry ingredients, following a recipe, kitchen safety, cleanup, proper prep techniques, mise en place, and cooking can be fun and healthy.

These skills will include menu planning, proper measuring of wet and dry ingredients, following a recipe, kitchen safety, cleanup, proper prep techniques, mise en place, and cooking can be fun and healthy.

This class includes organic cotton jersey sample swatches and notions to complete all appliqué and construction techniques. Instruction includes all hand-sewing appliqué and embroidery stitches from The School of Making, hand-painting and stenciling tutorials, garment construction, and information on independent contractor rules and regulations for hand-sewing. 

We will explore all of the herbs and seasonings that make this region one of the healthiest lifestyles on the planet.
