Fee for this class is incorrect in the catalog. Should be $99 instead of $119. This class will be a continuation of the beginning 18 movement class from the last semester. The emphasis will be on Yin and Yang energy during movements, correct postures using internal body alignments, meditations and deep breathing exercises for mental clarity and overall well being. Practice will include review of the first 10 movements as well as introducing the remaining 8 movements of the form. New students will be welcome as we will continue to review the first section from the last semester.
