Yoga   

Feel Good Yoga starts and ends one week later than advertised.  New dates are June 9-July 21.

Props required to participate:

3 Mexican Yoga blankets

2 yoga bricks. 4”x6” (foam or cork) 

1  6’  cotton Yoga strap.

1 sticky yoga mat

PROPS are essential to attend:

3 Mexican blankets for support and cushion

1 six foot cotton strap 

1 sticky mat (non-slip)

2 hard foam bricks (4x6)

AND A  WILLINGNESS TO CHALLENGE YOUR MIND  with ASANAS (poses)

Vinyasa Flow  is an active form of yoga.  We will be moving for much of the hour, as we flow from pose to pose. 

Bring your yoga mat.
