Join Angela to learn the secrets to the perfect meringue and open up a world of fun pastry creations. Angela will show you how to magically transform simple ingredients into a fluffy and delicate meringue. Then she’ll turn the meringue into an ethereal Pavlova (swirled meringue that is crisp on the outside with a soft marshmallow center, topped with whipped cream, fresh fruit or other toppings), layered meringue cakes, crunchy amaretti cookies, and more!

Chances are you have sampled (and probably gobbled up) some Asian favorites, but do you know how to make them? Participants learn how to mix up at least 2 different fillings from vegetarian to pork and chive, fill wrappers, and fold them into at least 3 different shapes. And you’ll bake up personalized fortune cookies.
Tradition has it that what we eat during Lunar New Year can determine our good fortune for the whole year to come. So, bring on the good luck and prosperity — join us for a dumplings workshop and make your own at home: Shrimp Shumai, Shiitake and Cabbage Vegetarian Dumplings, Pork & Chive Pot Stickers or Chicken & Scallion Pot Stickers and Fortune Cookies.

Chocolates for Valentine’s day. This cliche is a delicious excuse for making your own chocolate treats. In this class for singles, sweethearts or families, you’ll first learn tips to tempering chocolate. We will make a variety of chocolate treats, including a homemade classed-up take on a peanut butter cup. You’ll also get scrappy, dipping dried fruit into melted chocolate and whipping up creative variations of chocolate bark with random ingredients you probably already have.
Menu will include: Almond Cookie Butter and Jam Cups in a Dark Chocolate Shell; Sweet, Salty and Tangy Chocolate Bark; and Chocolate Kissed Dried Fruit.
