Each week, you’ll experiment with accessible, expressive practices such as journaling, collage, doodle art, and watercolors—using simple materials to reconnect with yourself and your inner voice.
This course focuses on process over perfection. Through guided prompts and creative exercises, you’ll learn how artistic expression can support mindfulness, emotional awareness, and overall well-being.
No artistic experience is required. Come as you are, create at your own pace, and leave with meaningful projects and practices you can continue using long after the class ends.
