The flagger training course uses the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) curriculum. It will give you the opportunity to work as a certified flagger and be listed on the National Flagger Database. You'll earn a certification valid for three (3) years in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, as well as a national certification that will allow you to work in all other states.

As a trained flagger, you will be able to establish proper warning and traffic control in a work zone to assure the safety of workers and to ensure traffic moves safely and consistently.

Registration fee includes book, test, and flagger certification cards.

Course Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age at the time of the class.
• Must have picture ID to present on the day of class.
• Must pass test with 80% or better to obtain certification. Must pay in full to retake.
• Must arrive no later than 7:55 am to be admitted. Entrance is prohibited after 8:00 am.

This course offers an overview of the most important things for those who don’t manage projects but would like to learn more about project management or who are just getting started.  This will set you up with the information you need to begin your project management journey!  Learn what a project manager’s role is, how to adjust when projects go off track, and all the basics to initiate, plan, and close your projects.  You’ll even get to know more about the difference between Waterfall and Agile project management.

In this project management course, you will learn how to set your team up for success by mastering the art of tracking team member assignments and planning headcount.  We’ll cover key strategies for managing team availability, setting utilization goals, and making allocation adjustments. You'll explore how to effectively assign tasks, utilize placeholders, and navigate timesheets. Learn the importance of having a strategic approach to resource planning and gain the skills needed to forecast future headcount and ensure project success.
