This 54-hour online course meets the Washington State DSHS training requirement for AFH providers. Dementia Care Training: DSHS-Approved

This course is DSHS Washington State approved that provides an overview of dementia and strategies for effective care, following Washington State DSHS guidelines. A Certificate of Completion is awarded with a score of 80% or higher and may count toward DSHS CE hours (must be used within the same calendar year).

Diabetes is a growing health concern in the U.S. and adds complexity to caregiving in long-term care. This DSHS-approved course addresses key challenges including: insulin management, nutrition, exercise, and skincare. A Certificate of Completion is awarded with a score of 80% or higher. May be applied toward DSHS CE hours (must be used within the same calendar year).
