Adult Family Home (AFH) Administrator Training – DSHS Approved

This 54-hour DSHS-approved course fulfills Washington State’s requirement for Adult Family Home providers. Learn from experienced instructors and earn your official DSHS Certificate of Completion. Register Now!

Technology: Online class via Zoom/Canvas. Desktop or laptop required (tablets/phones are not allowed)
Attendance: Full participation/attendance required for certification. The first day of class is a MANDATORY orientation and information session.
Certificate Requirement: All coursework must be successfully completed and earn at least 80% overall to receive a certificate per DSHS policy.
Materials: PDF textbook emailed; printed copies available for pickup (textbooks can be mailed if you live more than 40 miles from the college).

Students must register using their legal name and show valid photo ID on the first day of class. Canvas access instructions will be sent 7–10 days before the course begins.
