  • Using Thinking Style Knowledge When Dealing with Others

  • Everyone is born with an initial thinking style that can be recognized by their age at walking. This session is based upon Robert Alan Black's ""Thinking Style"" instrument, M.I.N.D. His post-doc study concerned 300 different thinking-style instruments and discovered correlation scores ranging from 0.90 to 0.94, meaning that people mostly obtain the same results using a large variety of question styles. This session will include how to use Thinking Style Knowledge to: lead people productively; communicate effectively; team successfully as a member or leader; create large numbers of Ideas and generate many potential solutions.

He was on his 18th mission. Presenter Perkins’ book details her father’s survival as a POW for 14 months in three German concentration camps and the 83-day ‘Long March’ across Poland and Germany in the harsh winter of 1945.
