To earn PMP® certification, candidates must meet the education and experience requirements, agree to a professional code of conduct, and pass the exam. Program Schedule

This program consists of 10 live, instructor-led class sessions on Zoom in which participants develop their knowledge and skills, as well as demonstrate their competence, dedication to excellence, and capacity to perform at the highest level in the specific project management skills for which employers are seeking. Sessions are presented in an interactive format that enables participants to easily engage with the instructor and other participants. All sessions are recorded and made available to participants unable to attend.

Instructor

Dr. Connie Barker serves as Adjunct Faculty at Utah Valley University. She also serves as Regional Project Manager of GlobalView Americas Project Services at ADP. She previously served as Supervisor of System Performance and as Implementation Consultant at ADP, as Data Manager with Galton Technologies, and as Quality Assurance Software Tester for Novell. She also served as Adjunct Instructor at Columbia College teaching courses in Compensation, Benefit Systems, and Workforce Planning and Employment. Connie earned her PhD degree in Organization & Management from Capella University, her MA degree in HR Management, Training & Development from Webster University, and earned two BS degrees in Computer Science Information Systems & Business Management from Utah Valley University.
