Spend a week learning about some of these famous artists, such as Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet, Henri Matisse, and Georges Seurat, by diving into what made their paintings unique and trying out those techniques ourselves!
Wear your painting clothes!
Day 1: Claude Monet, Oil Pastels
Using oil pastels, create a scene in likeness to Monet’s Japanese Bridge scene. Focus on his color palette, small brush strokes, and subject matter!

In this original youth play, written for the summer camp by playwright Wendy Folsom, young people emerge from living underground after their civilization was destroyed.
