When it comes to organizational health and performance, one thing affects everything: communication.
Crucial conversations are important workplace discussions where the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions can run high. Far too often, these conversations can end in no, unintended, or even harmful results that damage important relationships.
Backed by 30 years of social science, Crucial Conversations skills represent the standard in effective communication and the marker of high-performance individuals and organizations. Taught by a Certified Crucial Conversations Coach, this workshop enables participants to master effective communication techniques, engage in open dialogue, get better results, and improve relationships.
Topics include Getting Unstuck, Mastering My Stories, Start with Heart, State My Path, Make It Safe, Learn to Look, Seek Mutual Purpose, Explore Others’ Paths, and Move to Action.
