She also served as Adjunct Instructor at Columbia College teaching courses in Compensation, Benefit Systems, and Workforce Planning and Employment. Connie earned her PhD degree in Organization & Management from Capella University, her MA degree in HR Management, Training & Development from Webster University, and earned two BS degrees in Computer Science Information Systems & Business Management from Utah Valley University.
