AI Essentials is a practical, hands-on course designed to help you confidently use ChatGPT and other AI tools to save time, improve the quality of your work, and spark new ideas. You’ll learn how to write prompts that consistently produce accurate, useful results—using role-setting, structured templates, and simple refinement techniques—while also building good habits around privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
As you progress, you’ll move beyond basic prompting to create shareable AI assistants for yourself, your team, or even customers—using tools like the GPT Builder and connecting knowledge sources such as PDFs and spreadsheets. You’ll also explore advanced strategies for minimizing hallucinations and bias, generating AI images, and choosing the right tools outside of ChatGPT to solve specific business problems without getting overwhelmed by “AI tool overload.”
