    • For Vietnam vets and interested folk this will be a wide ranging look at a war that still haunts our country. We will delve into the decay of French colonialism,  the fall of France in 1940, Japanese occupation and our  OSS, British recovery and rising  civil strife, French re-occupation and military defeat, McCarthyism and  the Tonkin Gulf, U.S. involvement, Nixon, anti-war protests and Kent State  all ending with our frantic exit.  Attendees can sit comfortably at  home and, if so desired, participate with comments and questions. No readings, no tests, just a quiet relaxed learning experience.
