Ready to get your body in shape and feel great? Join this twice a week, 45-minute pool class at Summit Hills. The pool is 93 degrees and is part saltwater base, part chlorine. The class combines cardio, water weights, and stretching. The warm water is wonderful for increasing appetite, relaxing tight/sore muscles, and relieving pressure on your stiff joints. We believe laughter is the best medicine so come have a laugh and a good workout all in one! This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. What a great way to start your day!
