Ready to get your body in shape and feel great? Join this twice a week, 45-minute pool class at Summit Hills. The pool is 93 degrees and is part saltwater base, part chlorine. The class combines cardio, water weights, and stretching. The warm water is wonderful for increasing appetite, relaxing tight/sore muscles, and relieving pressure on your stiff joints. We believe laughter is the best medicine so come have a laugh and a good workout all in one! This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays. What a great way to start your day!

    This class consists of 45 minutes of cardiovascular movements, along with resistance training using water weights and pool noodles. We will be challenging your balance, working on a range of motion, and getting our heart rates up in a fun and safe environment. The materials you will need include proper bathing suits, aqua shoes if desired, and a bottle of water to drink during and after class. Let's have some fun in the pool and achieve your fitness goals together! NOTE: This class is only open to people who do not live at Summit Hills. 

    This class meets two times a week at the Summit Hills Retirement Community indoor pool. Please do not sign up for this class if you will not be attending the 2 day a week class consistently.
