This is a 16-hour course that must be completed within 90 days of employment as a security guard. The course provides the student with detailed information on the duties and responsibilities of a security guard. Topics covered in this course include the role of the security guard, legal powers and limitations, emergency situations, communications and public relations, access control, ethics and conduct, incident command systems, and terrorism. The passing of an examination is required for successful completion of this course.

This course shows you how to create a worksheet used to adjust the account balances and prepare the financial statements. Use your financial statements to measure performance, make improvements and set goals. The final step covered in this course is closing your books and preparing them for the next accounting period; this is done by journalizing and posting closing entries.

This course covers CPR and AED use for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or anyone who wants to be prepared during an emergency. Topics covered are choking and AED use for adults and infants. Students who pass written and skills tests receive an AHA e-card that is valid for two years.
