Individuals attending the Understanding Medicare course will learn Medicare basics, Medicare enrollment periods, Medicare plans and Part D prescription drug plans. In addition, they will be provided a hand-out for each course day. This is an open forum class and students are encouraged to ask questions.
We will discuss scenarios that apply to most Medicare recipients to help them navigate the Medicare system and to better understand their options in healthcare.
