Yoga for Healthy Aging   

Research has shown that yoga offers a wide range of physical improvements including increased flexibility, greater strength, and improved balance and motor coordination in older adults. Yoga practitioners often exhibit an elevated sense of physical and mental health and emotional well-being, decreased anxiety and depression, better sleep and increased vitality.
