Refunds/Withdrawals/Cancellation Policy
To cancel your course registration, email us your name and the course title (olli@coastal.edu); we do not accept cancellations via phone. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used. Payments made by cash and check will be refunded as course credit to your OLLI account. OLLI annual memberships are non-refundable.
Decisions about whether a class has sufficient enrollment to move forward are made a week in advance of the class start date. As such, course withdrawals that occur within seven days of a class starting are not eligible for a refund. If course supplies were ordered on your behalf by the instructor, you may still be required to cover the cost of those materials.
Excursion fees must be paid in full by all participants. OLLI cannot guarantee a refund for excursions once you have paid and are enrolled. As such, please consider carefully before signing up for excursions with fees. OLLI will work with partners and service providers to ensure refunds or credits in cases where excursions need to be cancelled.
On rare occasions, we are forced to cancel courses and/or excursion due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, an email will be sent to enrolled members. For this reason, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for all students to provide us with an up-to-date email address and to check your email on a regular basis. If an OLLI program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Payments made by cash and check will be refunded as course credit in your OLLI account; payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used.
