Come explore the art of yoga for flexibility, exercise and mindfulness.This class is great for beginners and intermediate students to practice and develop their yoga skills simultaneously. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and full water bottle. All other props will be provided. For students 16+ and adults of all ages!
This class is in person on campus on the lower level of the #3000 Athletics building.
