SEIU 775: Employment Certificate Pathway is a 3-week course will give students the educational foundation to work within the SEIU class center as customer service representatives. This course provides a technical and non-technical foundation for quality customer service and focuses on building lifelong customer relationship strategies using in-class simulations, case studies, and various reading materials. This course will introduce students to the importance of human relations and focus on the interpersonal skills needed to succeed in this workplace while providing practical experiences, increasing the chance of early success in this career sector.
