Badminton   

In this <strong>2 day per week</strong> course students will be introduced to the basic skills and knowledge associated with badminton. By applying these principles through active participation, students develop the necessary skills and knowledge for playing badminton. In addition, this course provides students with opportunities to improve physical fitness and be sociable. All equipment provided. Dress comfortably and wear athletic shoes, Bring a water bottle.
