Yoga   

Stacie Attridge will present a centered, grounded yoga technique to gain better balance, strength, flexibility and stability from the body's core. Using a variety of approaches you will blend energizing effort with relaxing, inhaling with exhaling, while quieting the mind, toning the body and inspiring personal confidence. Please wear comfortable clothing. All supplies included. 

Parking is not included in the price of the class and can be purchased from the kiosks in campus. Parking is free at Shoreline Community College after 4 p.m. weekdays and on weekends/holidays and for weeks between the academic quarters.Parking & Permits | Shoreline Community College.
