Join us on campus for yoga 2 times per week! This is a centered, grounded yoga technique to gain better balance, strength, flexibility and stability from the body's core. Using a variety of approaches you will blend energizing effort with relaxing, inhaling with exhaling, while quieting the mind, toning the body and inspiring personal confidence. Please bring a water bottle, and dress comfortably. All equipment and mats will be provided. Stacie Attridge will get you feeling more flexible and healthy in a few weeks!
