Pickleball   

Introduction to pickleball, a cross between tennis and badminton, played on a badminton court with a 3 ft. high net, short paddle and whiffle ball. Emphasis on conditioning, agility, coordination, and timing. In this course students will be introduced to the basic skills and knowledge associated with pickleball. By applying these principles through active participation, students develop the necessary skills and knowledge for playing pickleball. In addition, this course provides students with opportunities to improve physical fitness and be sociable.Student option grading.

Parking is not included in the price of the class and can be purchased from the kiosks in campus. Quarterly passes are also available through the cashiers. Parking & Permits | Shoreline Community College. Parking is free at Shoreline Community College after 4 p.m. weekdays and on weekends/holidays and for weeks between the academic quarters.
