Weight Training and Cardio Fitness   

Students will have the opportunity to combine cardiovascular and strength training techniques to develop a balanced fitness program.  This class will meet Mondays in our NEW upper level fitness center for varied workouts.  Please bring a water bottle and dress in athletic attire. For ages 15+. 

Parking is not included,but required, for weekday classes on campus before 4 p.m. You can also park for free off campus and take the campus shuttle  -  details here: Parking & Permits | Shoreline Community College.
