Weight Training and Cardio Fitness   

Students will have the opportunity to combine cardiovascular and strength training techniques to develop a balanced fitness program.  This class will meet twice a week in the NEW upper level fitness center for varied workouts.  Please bring a water bottle and dress in athletic attire. Parking is not included,but required, for weekday classes on campus before 4 p.m. For students 15+
