Summer Wines and Summer Bites   

Make the most of another beautiful Seattle summer by learning how to pair seasonal wines with summer cuisine! Explore lighter styled wines and meal ideas that highlight summer fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Facilitator Reggie Daigneault, a wine educator for more than 20+ years, is certified with the Master Court of Sommeliers and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. A list of wine and food recommendations will be provided.

    Please note that this class will be held on the Shoreline Community College Campus. Instructions regarding COVID-19 guidelines for campus access will be emailed to all registered students. Students must wear a mask to participate in this course and class sizes have been adjusted to ensure safety protocols and social distancing. The College will follow CDC guidelines regarding cleaning and appropriate air filtration. For any course that is food/beverage-related, there will be no consumption of either as a part of the course.
