    • Dates: 3/21/2024 - 5/9/2024

      Times: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

    • Instructor: Lauren Ponder

    • How to Heal Naturally will interest anyone focused on health and longevity. My goal is to facilitate the new paradigm of thinking about how the body works in order to bring it back into equilibrium. Modern medicine simply masks symptoms with pain pills, steroids, anti-inflammatories, etc. Symptoms are how the body speaks to us to tell us something is wrong. Removing them is like taking the batteries out of the smoke detector. Ultimately the house burns down. In this class, you will learn a basic overview of how the body functions, the root causes of most ailments, symptoms that have become so common they are normalized, why these things happen, and how you can eliminate or put them into remission for a full, healthy and long life.
